Saeed H Oh my God, what shoddy acting, I was trying to figure out if this film was a comedy or a serious film. The movie is all over the place, great title Dampyr didnt like Vampyr lol ? Oh it's already taken rofl... tried to make it different to a normal vampire film def Not ! Stay clear of this lame excuse of a movie. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 03/10/25 Full Review Vadim K It wasn't as bad as people make it seem. I quite enjoyed it since I love that type of movies. It isn't that much of a horror movie, more like fantasy action. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/02/25 Full Review Chris T Great story idea and good acting for what the actors had to work with, but terrible execution and no character development. Feels rushed, could have been something great, but instead it's just ok... Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/16/25 Full Review Sereniti F It wasnt the effects, music, or actors that ruined this film. It obvious it was a straight to dvd treasure. The problem is the story. They didnt try, they didnt know what they wanted and they suffered for it. This film could have been great if they got to the point in the first 5, 10, 15 minutes but they wasted too much time on storylines that didnt even go anywhere only to end it as if there would be a sequel. Unfortunately the sequel should have been this movie. If the dampyr is so important why didn't we see any of that until the end? I could go on inside I'll just say i would buy or recommend the movie but if you have netflix an 1 hour or so that feels like 2 hours to waste go ahead and give it a watch Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/27/25 Full Review Kalynne P The environment design, ambience and concept is decent, but the dialogue, characters and overall acting left much to be desired. Not the worst, but definitely needed a much stronger script and characters with more depth. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/09/25 Full Review Tilly A This is without a shadow of a doubt one of the worst movies I have ever had the misfortune to suffer through. The special effects are laughable, the acting is school play-esque and the plot is unimaginative and entirely predictable. The worst Lord of the Night I have ever seen as well, he looks like Meat Loaf on crack. Don’t waste your time. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 10/03/24 Full Review Read all reviews
