So while Dangerous Lies doesn’t really fail at doing much of what it tries to do, it never really succeeds either. It delivers a story, with some solid twists, and some decent performances that never truly grows beyond the mediocre.

The actors in Dangerous Lies don't do a particularly outstanding job in their roles, but no one is outright horrible either. It's the kind of made-for-TV movie that someone can watch to pass the time, but it won't leave much of a lasting impression.

This has the worst script with the most obvious mystery reveal ever. You can guess all the twists within the first 30 minutes. The acting is really flat and embarrassing too. They also hilariously try to pass off Vancouver, Canada as Chicago, Illinois.

I literally watched this between browsing my email and Twitter feed, so yes it passed the time. If you want to get frustrated at characters for poor choices, this is the flick for you! Only reason to watch is Camille Mendes.
