Eddie Garrick (Chris "Ludacris" Bridges) is a good-hearted man who has turned his back on Christmas due to a traumatic childhood experience. At the request of his wife Allison Garrick (Teyonah Parris), from whom he is separated, Eddie takes his 9-year-old daughter Charlotte (Madison Skye Validum) to work with him on Christmas Eve, where they meet a mysterious man in a red suit named Nick (Lil Rel Howery). Eddie, who is a social worker, thinks the man is delusional and needs professional help, but when he evokes the wrath of a local politician (Oscar Nuñez), he and his daughter are taken on a magical adventure that just might restore his faith in Christmas.

This movie was hilarious! I watched it three times already. My family loved it. I don't want to spoil anything but the movie follows a protagonist who hates Christmas and his daughter and a special friend help him to find the Christmas spirit! Great cast and a pleasant performance from Ludicris! Watch with your kids. If you don't have kids, watch Die Hard!🤷🏽‍♀️

This got to be one of the worst Christmas movies I have seen in a while. None of the jokes land in the 90 min run time I laughed maybe twice. Its super uninteresting and all the characters are really annoying especially Edwards daughter, she was genuinely being put in danger and was then mad at her dad for not believing he is Santa. That is so stupid, the only good thing about the movie was the cast but even they couldn't do anything with the material they were given.
