This unconventional film is an adaptation of a play by the New York City experimental theater company Mabou Mines. Focusing on the subject of nuclear power, the production mixes dance numbers, historical reenactments, vintage movie clips and faux film footage to create a collage of sound and images about atomic energy. While exploring the development of nuclear power, the movie also makes clear the dangers that the technology carries with it, never downplaying its threat to humanity.
