Audience Member Another found footage movie starts off promisingly with horror legend Tony Todd but then goes straight downhill. The problem with this sub-genre of the found footage genre, ghost hunting, is that it needs to have some solid ground. By that I mean these people, who are seemingly professionals, who have done this many times before, never seem to have a clue about what they are doing. It's impossible to believe they ever once managed to pull off a successful show given how stupid they are. Otherwise, the kills are ordinary, the acting worse than usual and mostly bloodless. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/16/23 Full Review Audience Member A group of ghost hunting documentarians spend the night in a haunted building, and get killed off one by one. The police review the footage that they shot in hopes of figuring out who did it, and why. The answers come, but to be honest it doesn't really matter. Dead of the Nite is boring and involving. The characters are just sort of there. The killer has an interesting motive, which was rather surprising considering the narrative. Tony Todd hams it up and steals every scene he is in, but sadly he couldn't save this one. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Tony Todd owes me 86 minutes. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review Audience Member interesting twist, bad actors. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
