August L Nov 17 I didn't appreciate this movie at all the creativity was lacking and the story was hard to follow, this in my opinion is the worst book adaption in the world and that's saying something. The cast and storyline is amazing. The movie perfectly captures the high school musical feeling, only it takes place in middle school. I catch myself laughing at the great comedy in this movie. It brings me back to when I used to watch this all the time, at sleepovers, at my grandmas, with my mom, ect. The costumes are beautiful and perfectly go along with the characters and their stories. Jamie Kelly is so relatable looking back I did many embarrassing things back then just like her. I have to admit she was my idol back in middle school.
