See more 01/28/2019 As horror movies go, I think this is a really good movie! I've been reading some of the reviews, and one of the most popular opinions seems to be poor acting, but I thought it was fine, especially for low budget. Look at the first "Halloween," that was low budget, popular and the one actor with any talent was Jamie Lee Curtis. As also one of the reviews I read, I went into the movie with an open mind, and just enjoyed it, rather than judging the movie all along, so I wasn't disappointed. As far as knowing for sure that Carter Simms would die, by the end of the movie I had forgot, so therefore, was in awe of the conclusion. I was not predicting certain scenes, because my mind was so open.
