Alec B Oct 31 The first 20 minutes or so are undeniably great (beautiful, unnerving, and mysterious) but at a certain point it's basically just zombie movie cliches running amok in a movie theater. I said in an earlier review that Suspiria was his best film… no, THIS is, in my personal opinion, of course. The practical effects in this are amazing, and the creativity on this one is superb. Of course, this is a “bad” movie, but it embraces it perfectly to make this an extremely entertaining watch, and the effects make up for any lack in English dubbing in some parts. This is like a monster mash up of From Dusk Til Dawn and Night of the Living Dead. On my PERSONAL scale, definitely a 4/5. EXACTLY what I’m looking for when I want something campy. This is a 4/5 on the camp scale. Overall, I’d have to give it a 2.5 when comparing to like…. The Godfather. See more xpig332 B Sep 1 That’s what I’m talkin bout! A 1980’s gorefest with a great soundtrack. Worth one watch, I doubt I’ll ever watch it again, it ain’t Evil Dead II, but no regrets watching it. See more David S Jul 26 One of the most interesting and strange films of the eighties. A rock and roll Demon movie, with a neat twist this is one of those way out of the box movies that they wouldn't or couldn't make now, it is definitely a experience. Cool visuals, a simple but fun story, and a believable couple in the leads, it's a really good and so eighties that's actually fun!! Only issue I have with it, is the weak ending, and it definitely has some content that might be hard for some to handle, all around though, it's a solid horror film and a cool Italian film!!!
