Walter Chaw Film Freak Central It broaches the topic of pregnancy, how it and aging are the twin fonts of body horror; and it nails the yuppie movement as childish, facile, solipsistic, and materially obsessed. Rated: 3/4 Jan 22, 2025 Full Review Jeff Beck The Blu Spot Demons 2 has its fair share of impressive special makeup effects and a handful of amusing moments of silliness strewn throughout its 90 minutes, but the toned down amount of ridiculous spots leave a bit of a void that it isn't quite able to fill. Rated: 3/5 Aug 13, 2024 Full Review Matt Brunson Film Frenzy More of the same, albeit with more narrative sloppiness and a change in venue. Rated: 2.5/4 Jun 16, 2022 Full Review Read all reviews

Cody S. While this was a slight (and by slight, I truly mean it) step down from the original, the practical effects in this one are still enough for a great time. The creature designs on these things are unreal, and they seem so unstoppable, unlike an aimless zombie in a Romero film. While those are great creatures too, these have more character, and I think are much better in creature design. If I’m in the mood for 80’s camp, the Demons franchise will forever come up in my brain as a fun little list of movies to watch to scratch that itch. 80’s shlock at its finest. And the only reason the rating is so low and not higher is because 5/5 is reserved for perfect films. Jaws, Godfather, etc… Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 09/27/25 Full Review Nick O Almost exactly like the first Demons, except instead of a movie screen…demons come through the TV and instead of being stuck in a theater…we're trapped in an apartment complex. So since Demons ruled, Demons 2 rules! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/26/25 Full Review J H This movie is very stupid, and makes the original Demons look like a classic (it's not). Rated 1 out of 5 stars 03/13/25 Full Review Tom T Nobody likes getting their nails trimmed. Or, in this case, their teeth. There’s a mannequin throw towards the end that’s just too good. Quite possibly the most 80’s movie I’ve seen in a bit. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 12/18/24 Full Review Jonathan O Demons 2 is an a fun horror sequel but doesn't quite fit to the first one. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 05/10/23 Full Review brad p A similar feature sets the stage for the you-knew-it-was-coming Demons 2 Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Read all reviews
