Rated 0.5/5 Stars •  Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 09/21/24 Full Review Audience Member Destruction Kings is yet another entry from Chris Seaver and the rest of the Low Budget Pictures gang. Even better, this if one of the few (and recent) films where mastermind Seaver takes the lead as his reoccurring character, Mr. Bonejack who, along with partner Teenape, work for a top secret monster slaying organization under Bonejack Heights High School. Along with new partner Ariauna Albright, the trio embark on their latest mission, which becomes their greatest threat yet as Dracula, the Wolfman, and Funkenstein travel to Bonjack Heights in search for a talisman that gives them the power to take over the world. In over their heads, the agents scram, but soon attempt to take down the villainous trio again once they enlist a young group of monster squad kids to help them out. Yes, it's more LBP lunacy that is over the top in hilarity and completely devoid of plot and genuine filmmaking. Seaver delivers up a lot of hilariously written scenes for everyone, including himself. This is bottom of the food chain filmmaking, which many would consider the pits, however, LBP appeals to a small group of avid fans, which these films are primarily made for. If you're not one and you are honestly expecting a rousing rendition of Monster Squad, you need to walk away, because you will be disappointed, and then I will be disappointed when I read your ignorant review of a film I love.
