Stephanie Malone Morbidly Beautiful I felt like I was watching people in a YouTube walkthrough of a haunt. There were a lot of loud noises, screaming, and implied spookiness, yet you can’t see much of anything. You believe it’s scary for the participants, but you never feel scared yourself. Steven W Sorry but this movie was like watching an episode of Ghost Hunters only it wasn't even that good. The story plot was unbelievable, very slow, at times didn't make sense why they were doing some actions. Action scenes were extremely choppy, jumping from one person to another for a couple seconds so you couldn't figure out where they were, how they got there. Many of the "scary" scenes were more like they were excerpts from a dream and were NOT scary, mostly just a lot of action flashes and pointless screams some without any cause. It continued on at an extremely slow pace, mostly focusing on wandering around the basement and floors of the asylum and screams when someone would find Devon, saying it was drawn on a wall in blood (now how could they tell it wasn't paint)? It got to the point I realized those who put this script and movie together, directed and produced it knew nothing about movie making and once it was over I felt I had lost over 2 hour of my life while not gaining anything in return. It was truly a waste of time watching it. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 11/24/25 Full Review Jill B I really, really wanted to like Jenni’s first attempt at directing a horror movie. However, I was really disappointed. I feel there was too much going on between the quick flashes to actors and surroundings. It was very confusing and distracting. I think the stereotypical actors/actresses were hired and they lacked acting depth or talent. Zac’s voice as the officer also threw me off, seemed very scripted. HOWEVER, if she directed another movie I would give her a 2nd chance. She seems to be a very bright, outgoing director with hopefully a bright future ahead of her. Think outside of the box! Rated 1 out of 5 stars 10/30/25 Full Review Ed R A mix between Paranormal Activity and The Blair With Project. It lacked horror and the camera angles were awful. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 10/03/25 Full Review Emily D It was a total let down with a goofy story line. Don’t bother wasting your time. Sorry J woww Rated 1 out of 5 stars 09/21/25 Full Review Nicole D As a huge fan of horror and Jersey Shore, I was curious about JWOWWS directorial debut. This movie was a huge letdown. The story was very loose, and even for a found-footage format it was shakey and poorly shot. Cheap jump scares and lots of screaming and door slamming along with forced time-jumps aren't enough to keep this movie engaging. Vinny's stand-up is scarier than this. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 08/26/25 Full Review Traci S I Love Horror. This was not horror. It felt forced, the actors did not seem to have a lot of chemistry. It was hard to follow because there was so much chitter chat and not a lot of action. I kept trying to focus, but it did not keep my attention.
