In Die in a Gunfight, Mary and Ben are the star-crossed black sheep of two powerful families engaged in a centuries-long feud – and they’re about to reignite an affair after many years apart. Their forbidden love will trigger the dominoes that will draw in Mukul, Ben’s best friend, who owes him a life debt; Terrence, Mary’s would-be protector-turned-stalker; Wayne, an Aussie hitman with an open mind and a code of ethics; and his free-spirited girlfriend, Barbie. As fists and bullets fly, it becomes clear that violent delights will have violent ends.

I liked The movie it was pretty good, but I feel like there could’ve been a lot more added to it. I feel like the ending could’ve been a little bit better but still all out pretty good movie And pretty fun for first watch

Boring. Incredibly boring. This movie is just a string of tropes glued together with snazzy camera shots and lively music. But, good movies are more than the sum of their parts. I made it an hour into this movie and didn't bother finishing it.

Some movies are cool. Some movies are quirky. The biggest problem with this movie is that it tries too hard to be both of those things. The story is a modern day Romeo and Juliet, not done nearly as well as Baz Luhrmann's amazing rendition. The attempt to frame shots and scenes in a way that shares the hipness with the audience just falls flat here. Alexandra Daddario is always good and this one is no exception; however, her performance is not enough to save this one. There are some fun scenes. The movie is disappointing but not the worst. I think the failure is not in the script and performances, but in the Direction and Cinematography.

Overall, there's no way to say it other than this was highly disappointing. A modern-day Romeo + Juliet is certainly welcomed, but this was weak, uninteresting and nothing ground-breaking. We are given many characters to follow, but like the plot, I couldn't invest in any of them as they do very little on-screen to keep movie lovers engaged, entertained or excited. Credit where credits due, the film has tried to be creative, fun and modern, but in the end, it's just a film that I've already forgotten about.
