Justin Lowe Hollywood Reporter As much a coming-of-age tale as it is a cautionary one, Adams' feature does a credible job building suspense, but never really delivers on the horror scares that early scenes telegraph. Mar 27, 2017 Full Review Richard Roeper Chicago Sun-Times Dig Two Graves makes some pretty nifty transitions from the 1940s to the 1970s, including one seemingly unbroken shot. Every trip to the past reveals something about the "present-day" journey. Rated: 3.5/4 Mar 24, 2017 Full Review Peter Sobczynski RogerEbert.com An uncommonly smart, well-made and ultimately touching meditation on grief, revenge and the ordinary perils of adolescence that should resonate strongly with adults and thoughtful teenagers alike. Rated: 3.5/4 Mar 24, 2017 Full Review Brent McKnight The Last Thing I See Dig Two Graves is a solid horror joint full of atmospheric tension and enough peculiarities to set it apart. Rated: B- Jul 2, 2020 Full Review Steven Prokopy Third Coast Review It doesn't quite come together the way it it should to be looked at as a serviceable piece of low-grade creepy filmmaking or a worthy mystery. It's a close call, but it's not quite worth recommending outside of Levine's performance. May 5, 2020 Full Review Emilie Black Cinema Crazed Dig Two Graves is one of those films that are not bad but not great either. It's not all that entertaining, but it's not actually boring. It's one of those films that are difficult to review as it falls pretty flat down the center of entertainment. Rated: 2.5/5 Apr 17, 2020 Full Review Read all reviews

Gareth v A mysterious tale of revenge, with a supernatural slant that has is flaws but on the whole is well made on it's limited budget. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 06/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Technically, the cinematography and shot framing are really good. Movie is lacking though. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 11/15/20 Full Review Nat R Excellent movie. Very eerie and creepy without gore. Comes full circle, ties up all loose ends in a very satisfying way. I miss the days where you forget you're watching a movie until the end, and this is what happened for me. If you occasionally like a film that is eerie without gore or frights, this is a must see. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 08/19/20 Full Review Audience Member The ending killed it for me. Basically what you saw was a rapist, murdering cop live a nice long life with narry a consequence for his actions. Oh but no. He confesses to his granddaughter that he felt guilty about it for all these years. Oh boo hoo hoo. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 11/17/18 Full Review Audience Member i remember seeing this one before & not super liking it, but i didn't mind it the 2nd time through. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review chris n Plenty to admire regarding the craftsmanship of all involved but it's one of those stories that misleads the audience so much that it undercuts its own relevance.
