Thomas A This movie is every bit the look and feel of a YouTube short including low budget. Not a bad thing because this director made every penny count by squeezing in character's backstory with simple script and dialogue. Dwayne had the potential for a solid character if he wasn't killed off so fast. Again, that would cost money and time. Would have be more fulfilling if they started this potential space love story thirty minutes earlier. Like a low-budget "Passengers" only with monsters and continuous action drama. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/20/25 Full Review Josh H It’s a basic sci-fi action movie. A man crash lands on a planet where harmful creatures hunt him. The action is good with a few jump scares thrown in. The dialogue is a bit clunky and the love interest is forced, however, overall it is worth the watch. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/19/25 Full Review Audience Member I really enjoyed the film. Maybe not a five like I rated but better than a 4 star. I read the reviews about the dialog being bad. I believe those review come from people in their 70s and don't get it that language changes. The visual effects are good, the story has elements of danger but still has lighthearted banter. After the movie my movie partner and I had to repeat some of the lines to each other because they were fun. It is not a movie that will win an academy award but a good movie to just enjoy. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/19/25 Full Review Louis R It's not the first time there's a simple movie that's not even so bad as some people say and then ends up getting a low rating from strange types of people. This was had me scared for those two in the end. Part of it was hilarious, then scary, and then almost giving me the vibes of Red Planet, but with some differences. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/18/25 Full Review Mat B Bad writing and terrible "romantic" dialogue ruined this movie, which is why I think the casting choice for the lead role should have been someone that the studio could have taken a risk with, like comedian Mark Normand. Hear me out. Mark would have made the dialogue WAY more interesting and funny. His input would have turned this whole dreary experience around. God damn, the writing was shockingly bad. It's as if the writer has never been in a relationship before. This became a waste of everyone's time and money due to poor decisions, and yet, with a little bit of adventurous risk, it could have been so much better, leaving the question: What was the point of making this? Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/16/25 Full Review Bennie R Insincere script and awful acting. Production is quite good, but find the acting performance of both main actors to be annoying and obnoxious. This could have been quite a good movie, but it missed the mark completely. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/16/25 Full Review Read all reviews
