05/02/2010 Frank the bunny reincarnates as an american indian trying to solve the mystery for his blood disease. He looks in all the wrong places because the writer director doesnt know, and Duval struggles to carry the film. Lots of loose ends and when in doubt throw in some 'spiritual' scenes. See more 08/27/2008 Nice casting, nice acting, nice narration, okay story. Some of the dialogue in the beginning made me roll my eyes. I've seen so many coming-of-age stories that this one, while a little different, still wasn't terribly impressive. See more 06/26/2008 An amazing movie! Great story plot. Phenomenal cast. Here's a story about life, and transitional changes for a young man. Great music!! See more 03/31/2008 Lovely, beautiful movie with James Duval, as halfblood Cherokee. By mistake he is killing a a doe and in here James shows his best side of emmotion! See more 01/30/2008 I didn't feel that The Doe Boy made the necessary connections between storyline, theme, and character to make the story truly engaging. See more 09/01/2007 If it weren't for the amazing talent of Blondel Polson (uncredited) this film would be utterly unwatchable. See more Read all reviews
