Lisa Tsering Hollywood Reporter The overly long Don 2 falls short on two key points -- the screenplay and Khan's performance. May 12, 2015 Full Review Anil Sinanan Time Out It's a slick journey across Thailand, Malaysia, Switzerland and Germany which even manages to refer to the current Euro crisis. Rated: 4/5 May 12, 2015 Full Review Shubhra Gupta The Indian Express Director Farhan Akhtar's skill at creating slickness is by now such a given, that you'd notice only if it was absent. But creating excitement, the kind of thrill-a-minute, edge-of-the-seat stuff this kind of a film needs, is missing. Rated: 2.5/5 May 12, 2015 Full Review Jimmy Cage Jimmy Cage Movie Reviews (YouTube) SRK gets to play the bad boy again in DON 2 and that can be fun at times. But overall, this overly long Indian OCEAN’S ELEVEN meets MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE offshoot is just a bit too bland. Rated: 5/10 Jul 18, 2022 Full Review Anna M.M. Vetticad annavetticadgoes2themovies In Don 2, SRK takes the self-effacing tone [of Don] forward, and the sparks between his Don and Priyanka Chopra's Roma turn to a raging blaze. Rated: 3.5/5 Jan 31, 2021 Full Review Kaleem Aftab The National (UAE) This is the movie that proves Hindi cinema is finally mastering the sequel. Rated: 3/5 May 12, 2015 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Really good but I still prefer the first one Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/05/20 Full Review Audience Member Awesome move.. Must watch Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/15/23 Full Review yash b I think that "Don 2" is more self-aware than its predecessor, and that's why it is slightly more watchable. It is far from a great movie, but it had enough entertaining moments that I was fine with sitting through it one time. However, like its predecessor, the story is ludicrous and the movie again gives us no reason to care about anything or anyone. The bottom line is that this movie works best when it isn't trying to take itself too seriously, because in the moments that it does, I couldn't help but roll my eyes. There are better action movies and there are certainly better heist movies out there.  Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Among the best performance of SRK Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Ahmed M It was not quite as great as it's predecessor, but Don 2 does not disappointing and is a great movie. It has everything you were expecting from a Don movie, suspense, action, and a an interesting story. The film's opening sequence however is boring and the movie does not quite pick up it's pace till the 30 minute mark, but once it does it is an interesting watch. Also, actors such as Shahrukh Khan, Om Puri, Priyanka Chopra, Boman Irani, etc, have all done a good job in their own roles respectively. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/25/16 Full Review Audience Member It was very much a genre piece and borrowed from things that came before, but I really liked the sense of humor and the cast.
