Director Micheal Bafaro co-wrote Don’t Look Away with actor Michael Mitton make a good team. Despite a low budget and obscure actors, they crafted a smart script that carries through with striking cinematography, effective music, and eerie sound design. ACTING: Decent SCRIPT: Not good, we can use more depth. STORY LINE:When Steve got beheaded, how in the world was he able to still walk out of the house and down the patio?! Is he a cockroach?. The origin of the mannequin wasn't explained as well. I should be giving it a lower score, but the solution to the problem that Frankie thought of was brilliant, and someone should have thought about that before, so I am raising the star a bit more for writer creativity.
