When an experimental drug trial goes horribly wrong, seven young test subjects, after being kept awake for days, must face the terrifying side effect of the drug: if you fall asleep you die. Trapped in an isolated medical facility, they desperately try to find a way to reverse the side effects of the trial, as one by one they succumb to sleep and death. Panic quickly takes hold and they to turn on each other. It's left up to Claire, the group's unlikely leader, to keep them together, find a way to escape, and somehow manage to stay awake.

Acting was fine and the initial deaths were believable, after that it all gets a bit silly. At least I learnt about human medical trails and what double blind meant.

I would give this a C+/B- it was a really good attempt at a decent premise with actual scary bits sprinkled throughout. Decent development and great acting and filming. The story was just a little lackluster. Trapped in a place, don't go to sleep. Not much else going on story wise but the visuals were cool and the score really added to the depth and ambiance of the feeling. Overall worth a watch, but wouldn't think to watch it again.

Very enjoyable watch! For me, it's one I probably won't watch again, for a while anyway, unless watching with someone else for their first time. Though I'm glad I found the trailer that led me to watch. A familiar style/genre you could say, we've all seen many films with a similar feel but the plot is what I found compelling. Has some great acting, editing, and score to match those intense scenes. Little longer than it needs to be, kinda lost some steam for me, felt a bit dragged out an ended abruptly. To give a grade, I'd say solid B.
