When an experimental drug trial goes horribly wrong, seven young test subjects, after being kept awake for days, must face the terrifying side effect of the drug: if you fall asleep you die. Trapped in an isolated medical facility, they desperately try to find a way to reverse the side effects of the trial, as one by one they succumb to sleep and death. Panic quickly takes hold and they to turn on each other. It's left up to Claire, the group's unlikely leader, to keep them together, find a way to escape, and somehow manage to stay awake.

Tense Irish thriller about a medical trial gone wrong. Strong characters, cool visuals, nicely unpredictable. A group of confined underdogs being tormented and becoming beset with paranoia, it's basically the film I wanted John Carpenter's The Ward to be.

An exciting thriller from start to finish, the movie wastes no time jumping into the action. Rarely predictable, in some part due to some incredibly odd choices made by many characters, particularly the “villains” of the story. This made the film frustrating at times, as a lot of action was left unmotivated. Generally exciting, a solid B-horror.

painful bording and honestly super budget its like we need to stop letting movies that are str8 to video not be labelled as such this is what killed blockbuster video they mixed in trash twith real movies this never happens never goes anywhere despite having many opportunities and felt cheap and low effort when will we stop letting kids of rich peolpe make trash movies and get back to quality? NOTHING HAPPENED and ending was liek yeah right!
