Pared down or sent up, it might have held the interest. As it is, Ashok plays it deadeningly straight, generating some very ripe, sub-sub-Hammer scenes as our heroine is possessed by the restless queen's spirit.

Actually i like the movie. Acting and bgm is good story is also good . As a remake i cant say its good or not because i didn't seen bhagmati yet . I dont know as a compare with that its good or not but as a single movie i like this one
