Francois Finally a doc that shows the reality of what we all face, with urgency, but demonstrating that we can also all make a difference instead of… Beautifully filmed. But it does not stop there as it is truly inclusive, inspirational, and educational. Should be a must-see for educational institutions (and armchair pundits). Anne DeCarbuccia takes a comprehensive and unique look at some of the most remote and stunning places on the planet and in doing so she provides us the viewer with the priceless gift of being able to see these hard to reach places before they disappear, as well as meet the inspiring people working hard to protect them. Weaving together voices from around the world, DeCarbuccia's film builds a powerful proposal for the ways in which we must change in order to save the planet and ourselves. This movie really manages to send a message to viewer and proves that most of the skepticism about the climate crisis is unfounded, by showing us the struggle of the people who got caught by it and/or are trying to mitigate its effects. I think this is a really good movie to watch for everyone, kids and adults alike because it tackles a very concerning matter in a way that anyone can understand.
