      Reviews Nick Desborough (Warner Baxter) is killed by Linda Reynolds (Lynn Bari) when she gets upset over him ending their affair. While Nick's ghost wanders the earth, Linda's husband, Jeffrey (Henry Wilcoxon), is charged with the murder. Devout Mr. Whimser (Charley Grapewin), the only person who can see Nick, tells him he must help bring about justice to find peace.
