Overall, like most zombie films, if you take this production too seriously from the beginning, you won’t enjoy yourself. But if you take it for what it is, a raunchy teen comedy with zombies and copious gore, then you will have a lot of fun with it.

Eat Brains Love is fine for what it is: a zombie rom-com with an undefined target audience age with humor that came straight from the 90s. But, I'd be lying if I said that the film isn't a fun romp with actors that know how to sell the script.

It probably won't win over viewers who are truly sick to death of zombie movies, but Eat, Brains, Love at least tries to stand out from the countless other zombie films released over the last few years, with a sly satirical edge thrown in for good measure. And we have to commend it for that.

this was great - a very refreshing approach to the semi-hoaxy zombie comedy type film. i enjoyed this one a lot. at first i was getting "it follows" meets "i-zombie" & thought we were gonna be in trouble, lol - but it was fantastic. i enjoyed it. they left it wide open for another one, so i guess we'll see if a 2nd one gets made or not.
