Paige N Not a lot of grunts in WW2 had perfectly mouse'd hair. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 12/25/23 Full Review damon b It's a short and suspense-filled WWII movie based on the little known missions to capture nuclear scientists from occupied Europe. Enjoyed it. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Geoff T I somehow made it through to the end but it was exceptionally hard going! The action scenes were sort of ok except ,with lead flying around everywhere, only the bad guys were easily killed. The Germans could blast away at a jeep with machine guns and not hit anyone . The good guys .. one shot one dead guy. And don't mention the American guy/ hero who fired off hundreds of shots with his revolver and never had to reload. The acting in general was wooden ..but especially by the top brass guys as in the Yankee General and the English Colonel. Their interplay was childishly bad. Cringeworthy and trite. This actually dragged the movie down even further. It was lucky i was watching this on a Netflix download on a plane, therefore i was bored anyway. Couldn't imagine going to see this at the Cinema. Would've walked out a half hour in to it. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 11/27/22 Full Review john t Quite a lot of potential, and the low budget helped by keeping the action scenes less unrealistic. But, the wooden acting and predictable storyline (including gratuitous sex scene) made watching this film harder work than walking through deep snow (film-reference). Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Awful. I thought the budget for the movie was £5 and I could have remade it in my 1hr drama sessions at school if I wanted. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Worst Movie Ever! This movie is the Swiss Cheese of plots. I cannot believe I watched this until the end in hopes of some sort of relief from my misery. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Cath Clarke Guardian The story has the makings of a gripping adventure, but something is lacking. Rated: 2/5 May 6, 2020 Full Review Rich Cline Shadows on the Wall There's nothing particularly original about this obviously low budget World War II adventure thriller, but a solid cast helps keep this rescue against the odds engaging. Rated: 3/5 May 6, 2020 Full Review Liam Lacey Original Cin The action unfolds like a game of capture the flag, full of chattering machine guns and bodies bleeding out in the snow, playing like the kind of generic action movie parodied in Quentin Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds, Rated: C Apr 28, 2020 Full Review Todd Jorgenson Cinemalogue It needs more depth and context to raise the stakes, rather than relying on trite dialogue and generic action set pieces. Apr 25, 2020 Full Review Stefan Pape Common Sense Media Violent but cliched, unoriginal WWII drama. Rated: 2/5 Apr 23, 2020 Full Review Read all reviews
