Nell Minow Common Sense Media Heist film with reliable plot. Teens OK. Rated: 3/5 Dec 24, 2010 Full Review Jeff Strickler Minneapolis Star Tribune It's a superficial but entertaining caper that's a good, old-fashioned yarn. Nov 6, 2002 Full Review Rick Groen Globe and Mail Lives up to its title -- spend 100-plus minutes with this lacklustre thing and you definitely feel snookered. Rated: 1.5/4 Mar 19, 2002 Full Review James Croot Stuff.co.nz Entrapment has endured in many people’s hearts and minds precisely because of (or is that despite?) its preposterous plot and “memorable” imagery. Rated: 3/5 Mar 21, 2022 Full Review Leigh Paatsch Herald Sun (Australia) The film itself isn't too bad as far as Hollywood thrillers go, but if Connery wasn't always there defying the ageing process, you'd probably be reaching for the remote control. Max W If not for the sparks of the May-December romance between Sean Connery and Catherine Zeta-Jones, audiences might struggle to remember the bland and convoluted plot development of Entrapment, along with its almost devoid-of-interest action sequences. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 11/12/23 Full Review Farah R Sean Connery and Catherine Zeta Jones's lack of chemistry is a massive miss as it's a significant part of the movie's plot; however, the heist parts are entertaining. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 07/25/23 Full Review Roger L When this movie was made Sean Connery was 40 years older than Catherine Zeta Jones. It's hard to believe this relationship. The story also have a lot of things that could be questioned. For example, how can FBI arrest people in Asia. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 05/24/23 Full Review Peter F In retrospect, it's the acting and the plot that leaves much to be desired and after the premiere it seemed like a great wow, Today only 7 Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 05/23/23 Full Review William W I'm not sure what the people that rated this movie so low were expecting exactly, but this is one of my favorite movies. If you love bank heist genres, then this movie does not disappoint. It's action packed with an Oscar winning all star cast. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/01/23 Full Review Rein u Only thing that makes watching this movie worthwile is Sean Connery. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 03/24/23 Full Review Read all reviews
