Awful if you want information on alien activity. It's just people spinning yarns on what they think/hope aliens want with earth. Nothing shown to back up their theories. Look out for the especially boring old lady that thinks she is an expert on aliens but falls flat on her face. Purely made on "say so" & no real entertainment value. Avoid, it may put you off sci-fi for ever
