Jenny Nulf Austin Chronicle ... maybe prophecies are sometimes set in place for a reason, and everyone in the little town of León should have burned for being so painfully predictable. Rated: 2.5/5 Mar 17, 2024 Full Review Meagan Navarro Bloody Disgusting In Hebrero and lead actor Macarena Gómez’s capable hands, Everyone Will Burn offers a devilishly compelling depiction of religious mania run amok. Rated: 3.5/5 Dec 1, 2023 Full Review Katelyn Nelson Daily Grindhouse Every frame is lush with atmosphere thanks to both Ona Isart’s cinematography and Patricia Parejo’s costume design. Even in its moments of greatest simplicity, the air of dread never leaves viewers minds... Aug 4, 2024 Full Review Tina Kakadelis Beyond the Cinerama Dome Those willing to go along for the ride of Everyone Will Burn will be treated to a nice gem of a flick. Its length is what ultimately holds it back from relishing in the eccentric melodramatics it so clearly wants to celebrate. Feb 25, 2024 Full Review Jon Mendelsohn CBR Everyone Will Burn features impressive visuals and poignant performances, but this Spanish horror film convolutes itself with too many themes. Dec 18, 2023 Full Review Dennis Harvey 48 Hills Not quite a slam dunk, this juicy 125-minute occult saga still has impressive ambition and audacity, at times approaching the zestful nuttiness of Larry Cohen’s 1976 God Told Me To. Kyle M Argues strangely with no moral common ground to stand when leaning between ambiguity and uniquely expressed obviousness, both familiarly sensed and well told towards a conflicting resolution, all while frantic embodiments and deviously calmness was mustered well in excelling the characters. (B) Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 10/30/24 Full Review Audience Member Nice movie, nice plot, nicely directed. Recommended. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 09/16/24 Full Review Sean R LOL… If you love high novela-style drama, then this is for you. The cinematography saves the film from succumbing to a loose-knit script, sub par direction, and painful overacting.
