watch this and you'll get: - one sexy evil toon - three sexy college girls with boobs - one nerd (who is actually really hot once she takes her glasses off and has giant breasts) - the mentally retarded brother of the Necronomicon - David Carradine hanging himself (but not jerking it ..yet) - Dick Miller just collecting a paycheck and still being the best part of this perfect nothing/boobs/"horror" flick for a hot summer night with a good score, some nice opening credits and a few effects (that aren't bad for the budget honestly)

It's Evil toons not "Terror Toons", remember that. Because while this movie is dumb fun, "Terror Toons" is just AWFUL Brain Damage sewage. Now this does have some weak characters and line readings. But this is not the kind of movie you would expect Oscar level acting or story telling. This is a trashy horror comedy and it owns every trashy funny moment. If you go into a movie called EVIL TOONS expecting anything else but nude girls, gore and somewhat cringey comedy, that's on you. Remember the fun was is called Evil Toons, the horrible one is "Terror Toons".

I'm actually very happy to find this film, now I have a title that epitomizes trashy 80s horror wanna be films. But hey, that guy from Bucket of Blood is in it, so I can't hate it.
