      Critics Consensus

A documentary that sets out to explore a lingual taboo but can't escape its own naughty posturing.

Audience Member Although you're probably not going to hear many arguments you haven't already heard, it's good to see the differing opinions of a varied panel (Kevin Smith arguably stands out). The film's structure is convenient and I was especially intrigued by the sections on Lenny Bruce and George Carlin. Even though "Fuck" doesn't go very deep, the subject matter and its connotations (freedom of speech, antiestablishmentarianism) are important, so the contribution to the discussion is most fucking welcome. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member I think a lot of people would enjoy this in depth look into the greatest word of all time, FUCK. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Fuck is about what else? A documentary about the word Fuck. If you watch it, it actually comes close to being really good and it is not as bad as it looks like. When I first watched this documentary, I was clearly offended by it but now it's not as bad as it seems. Fuck gets a 6.5/10. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
