Some shoddy acting but overall, not too bad as Chris Marquette was great on screen. The first half of the film was boring and frustrating because the main character was very unlikeable and annoying. The climax was decent, but the ending was fairly predictable in a way that breaks immersion. The comedy was done well but never really made me laugh. It passes the time. Billed as a horror and a comedy, but is neither; always a very difficult balancing act to pull off and fails. Probably should have concentrated just on being a horror without the goofy main character. The final twist is interesting and the only unpredictable one but past caring by that point.
