The ending might be a little bit of a letdown, but overall, Fear Street Part Three wraps up the saga in a generally satisfying way.

Inkoo Kang Washington Post The trilogy's final scenes... feel more like an iteration of "Home Alone," with mindless stabbers taking the place of Joe Pesci and Daniel Stern. Those two might not have had any brains, either, but at least they had some personality. Jul 30, 2021 Full Review Sara Michelle Fetters MovieFreak.com There is plenty of silliness to be found in this last installment. But while much of the humor still tickled my funny bone, I'm still struck by how profoundly relevant many of the interior dramatic sentiments of this one proved to be. Rated: 3.5/4 Jul 26, 2021 Full Review Roxana Hadadi Pajiba 1666 concludes with a solid starring turn from Kiana Madeira, whose most consistent mode over this trilogy has been very pissed off. Jul 24, 2021 Full Review Jennifer Bisset CNET There's just enough fright and creep factor to leave you on the edge of your seat, but it's still fun and silly enough to not have to hide behind a pillow the whole time. Mar 31, 2023 Full Review David Nusair Reel Film Reviews The Fear Street trilogy comes to a merciful close with this inert and hopelessly uninvolving entry... Rated: 1/4 Feb 16, 2023 Full Review Keith Garlington Keith & the Movies This is a mess of movie plagued by baffling creative choices, haphazard storytelling, and scattershot pacing. Tyler P 1666 is a sort of Pearl/Maxxxine mashup if I can say so without someone calling "blasphemy!" in function to this trilogy, as it both finally reveals all and shows us the origin point and story of the threat weve seen our main trilogy cast from the first two films fighting, yet also brings us to the aftermath where the resolution is reached. A fitting conclusion to the trilogy, and hopefully Netflix will see fit, after the conclusion of stranger things frees up some budget and leaves the need for some successor material until the next modern classic falls into their lap [and after their, likely for cost effectiveness, standalone sequel attempt by an entirely different team and cast, is released] to shell out the cash to get Janiak and potentially certain other cast from this first set of films back in to create future Fear Street material Also, small quasi-spoiler ahead: I think the queenofairanddarkness payoff was incredibly fun, sweet, and rewarding, internet eat your heart out and such. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/01/24 Full Review Mx S All 3 of these movies are perfection. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/25/24 Full Review cinema f “End the Curse.” Sarah Fier and Hannah Miller deserved better. Also screw Nick Goode and the whole Goode bloodline. But like who stole the book at the end of the film?? 5/5 stars. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/25/24 Full Review Amy D Phenomenal film, absolutely loved it. 😍 Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 10/31/24 Full Review Xavier T Definitely Recommend It Rated 4 out of 5 stars 10/31/24 Full Review aiden k It's just a shame because the first half was so strong (pt1: 1666), yet the second half was so mediocre (pt2: 1994). Pretty much EVERYTHING revolving the 1666 stuff was great. It felt like A24's "The Witch”, and I dug that about it. (And slight spoiler..?) but the part when Sarah hangs is absolutely tragic and depressing to watch, which, I guess, fulfills its duty of being a HORROR movie. Oh, also, this one makes the other 2 films look like Sesame Street with its scariness. Anyway, the first part was good as hell, that's where l'm getting at. Unfortunately though, pt2 of this movie (1994) was just… meh. Like a worse version of which was the first movie. The killers fighting one another was too unserious for my liking — and that’s a main problem I had with this movie. Pt1 is this super serious horror movie, while pt2 is like this silly unserious horror movie. They could’ve just moved pt2 into the end of the first movie and that would’ve been a better choice, imo.
