Jess T @RT32670998 12h The entire plot is based around the fact that it's so horrible Tina is pregnant, and all the awful things about teen pregnancy and babies, they don't give the teens anything to look forward to, and it's way too religious and 'safe', there's not much interesting character development and it's kinda jumpy. I was really annoyed that they didn't show the reaction of Tina finding out that she's pregnant, or how the father of the baby, Ray found out and reacted etc. overall this is an awful film, the script and directing have really missed the mark, this could have been great but it's so boring, the only saving grace is Kirsten Dunst in the lead role, they could have done so much more with her and the storyline.
