      Reviews The proposed construction of a dam affects property values and ignites a heated land dispute in a small Nevada town. After conniving lawyer Cliff Harkness (Irving Pichel) reveals a suspicious deed entitling him to every acre of land in town, a group of ranchers led by Wade Benton (Kent Taylor) raise the money to buy their homes back from him.       Synopsis The proposed construction of a dam affects property values and ignites a heated land dispute in a small Nevada town.
