David Sims The Atlantic Bloodlines is well plotted and brilliantly grisly, but most important, it knows how to enjoy itself. I’d say that having fun, more than anything, is what people are seeking from the communal cinematic experience. May 22, 2025 Full Review Rich Juzwiak Slate There are a few breath-snatching moments here and there, but Bloodlines generally strikes a balance between gruesome and funny as it sprints along. May 21, 2025 Full Review Bilge Ebiri New York Magazine/Vulture Bloodlines gives us plenty of what we want from a new Final Destination movie, but it also could have given us quite a bit more. May 19, 2025 Full Review Brandon Collins Medium Popcorn I don't know what they could have done to make it better. This movie had no business being as good as it was. Rated: 4/5 May 31, 2025 Full Review Tatiana Albandos Medium Popcorn I was pleasantly surprised by how fun and creative this film was, particularly with some of the kills in the final act. This was a great way to restart this often forgotten franchise. Rated: 5/5 May 31, 2025 Full Review Ray Pride Newcity Intelligent, self-aware... eludes meta to become its own honorable entry in the annals of teen spatter... good-natured nastiness of both admirable invention and ghoulish timing... a bright genre delight.
