Kimber Myers Crooked Marquee This is also the series at its best ... [T]he Bloodlines filmmakers have found a way to reinvent the Final Destination wheel — and then promptly crush someone’s head with it. Rated: B+ Jun 11, 2025 Full Review Linda Holmes NPR Maybe the best explanation I can offer for the success of Final Destination is this: It's funny 'cause it's true. When you die, you probably won't go squish, but you'll go, and so will everybody else. Jun 2, 2025 Full Review David Sims The Atlantic Bloodlines is well plotted and brilliantly grisly, but most important, it knows how to enjoy itself. I’d say that having fun, more than anything, is what people are seeking from the communal cinematic experience. May 22, 2025 Full Review Caitlin Kennedy Simply Cinema (Substack) Final Destination: Bloodlines is a love letter to its fans, a worthy installment in this franchise’s proud lineage, and a fitting farewell to a horror legend. Rated: 5/10 Sep 24, 2025 Full Review Travis Johnson Blunt Magazine I’m just here to watch people die in creative and gruesome ways, and sometimes I even pretend it matters if they deserve it. Aug 26, 2025 Full Review Matt Pais MattPais.com Won’t make you wish for death but certainly could spark a question about why you’re spending time this way. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 09/22/25 Full Review Angel my friend screamed like a girl, anyways the himbo shouldve lived, what the hell was the emo thinking Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/21/25 Full Review Lori One of my faves in the franchise. Top tier kills. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/21/25 Full Review Clyde Never watch it if you have a weak stomach. But honestly a fantastic movie. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/19/25 Full Review Wendy P Unfortunately, I screwed up and bought a ticket for the day it expired not the day I wanted to go. I’m guessing the movie was awesome. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/14/25 Full Review Adra M No matter what people say about this movie, Final Destination: Bloodlines has officially taken the top spot from Final Destination 2 as my favorite sequel. Yeah, I know some folks didn’t like it or said it was just another copy of the old formula, but for me, it brought back that classic FD vibe while adding some fresh twists. The death scenes were creative and intense, just like I want, and the tension kept me on edge the whole time. It did lean too much on nostalgia, but honestly, that’s part of the fun. It felt like a solid return to what made the series great in the first place. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 09/13/25 Full Review Read all reviews
