A fun follow up to the original game that has some good fight scenes but the animation and CG just aren't up to much in 2021. It's unapproachable to non-fans, for the record!

if you have played both the original and the Remake, and you're looking for something to hold you over until Intergrade comes out, it is easily the perfect way to scratch, and further provoke, that Final Fantasy itch.

This 2005 animated film was ahead of its time and still holds up to this date. You 100% had to experience this on the big screen! If you’ve played the original Final Fantasy 7, you will absolutely love this story that takes place after the game story. But if the viewer doesn’t have much knowledge of FFVII, they might get lost in the complex story telling. Having a bit of knowledge will help going into the film! It’s fantastic!
