Gary Goldstein Los Angeles Times The supporting players, including Kristen Johnston as Grind's wise production head, Denise Richards as Jody's movie's gentle leading lady and Jamie Kennedy as a sweet but dense porn actor, also deftly rise to the occasion. Jun 8, 2010 Full Review Stephen Holden New York Times Isn't especially funny. Nor is it sexy, despite flashes of nudity and fleeting glimpses of Grind's works in progress. steve d Surprisingly subtle and interesting. Sobieski is especially good. I want to see many more films from her than we do. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Honestly Leelee Sobieski was the only reason I gave this flick a glance. And to be more honest, this was just... Bad, not even worth the bother unless there is absolutely nothing else to watch. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Poorly written & realized, this movie is embarrassingly amateurish from frame one; in fact, if I didn’t recognize some of the performers, I would’ve sworn it was a student film; unfunny comedy with a “message” is soulless at best. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 04/22/19 Full Review paul s So lately I've been really checking out everything Jamie Kennedy has done, and this is not his best work. The cover may lead you to believe that he's more a part of the movie than he is. This is B movie material. I won't say anything nice about the movie. I was so incredibly bored after a while that I fast forwarded just to watch Jamie. Frankly, for me, a few moments with Jamie were the best this movie has to offer. He seemed like one of the few real professionals involved in this project. It makes me think that he took this job not because it was creatively worthwhile, but rather because he needs the work. It's bothers me because Jamie is an exceptional and underrated talent. I thought that this seemed beneath him talent wise. The dude deserves better roles than this. The movie itself is pretty dreadful and unmemorable. Perhaps some folks will take a step toward better work with this movie, but it is a pretty bad flick that I would say isn't worth anyone's time to watch, unless you're Jamie's biggest fan, like me! I'm interested in the dude's career path, so? Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Sobieski and Davis were wonderful in this movie. The whole was fun and engaging. Watch this for a guaranteed naughty, fun time. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Cute and sometime crass Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/16/23 Full Review Read all reviews
