Rick M The one thing that stood out most to me, is the 'obsession' of these quasi scientists spending nearly all their time, year after year, drilling into the ice of a glacier, even mentioning that "glaciers move..." ... but somehow totally oblivious to the fact that even if the Ark had landed their, and then been buried in the ice, AFTER 4300 YEARS the glacier itself would have completely removed it. The only rational idea in this entire film came toward the end, when it was suggested that maybe they ought to start looking instead in the ravine BELOW the glacier for remnants of the Ark that, if it was on Mf. Ararat, would have been torn up and moved off the plateau BY THE GLACIER! Like, duh! Rated 2 out of 5 stars 04/08/24 Full Review Audience Member More idiots looking for a fairy tale canoe...they'd have a better chance of finding Santa's house in the North Pole. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Interesting to see Mt. Ararat in all its grim splendor. But don't count on finding Noah! Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Not only is the the worst movie I have seen all year but, it is possibly the worst documentary I HAVE EVER SEEN. It is pretty much just a couple of guys climbing a mountain while wearing GoPro's. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Implicit in the promise of a documentary entitled "Finding Noah" is that something--anything--will actually be found. There is no movie in this 120+ minute equivalent of your neighbor sharing their collection of cat photo albums, despite how hard the filmmakers try to convince you that there is. Because what really matters is "the search" -- which would perhaps soften the blow a little if the title of the film was "Searching for Noah." This one night only special event may show up in a Redbox eventually, in which case do yourself a tremendous favor and randomly hit the selection button and take home whatever else happens to show up. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review Audience Member Well shot, but disappointing. It should have been on cable instead of paying $12.50 at the theater.
