      nick s This was a very enjoyable mystery until the final stanza. Then it felt like the movie ran out of time or money and the director used a whole lot of clunky exposition to wrap things up. Really quite a shame. Also I don't know about Baseheart's slurring accent - I found that quite distracting. That aside, still worth watching. Basehart and Murphy work well together so their dialogue keeps the film moving along. OK, nothing great.
