Synopsis
In this documentary, Robin Anderson recounts the amazing journey of the Leahy brothers, who, upon prospecting interior New Guinea for gold with a video camera in 1930, stumbled upon a primitive tribe that had never come into contact with modern civilization. Anderson interviews surviving members of the excursion and also of the tribe, who share their memories of first contact with the white men and the difficult transition that followed their first meeting.
