Leslie Felperin Guardian The clumsiness of the storytelling, presumably unintentional, is almost entertaining in itself but only if basically inept film-making is your idea of fun. Rated: 2/5 May 13, 2025 Full Review Mark Jackson Epoch Times German director Uwe Boll has the distinction of being one of the world's worst filmmakers yet nevertheless manages to make movies that are oddly watchable. Rated: 1.5/5 Sep 16, 2024 Full Review Maxance Vincent InSession Film The rest of the movie isn't particularly good, and many of its moving plot threads don't go anywhere. In fact, this entire 89-minute picture can be summed up as patient worldbuilding... Rated: C- Sep 4, 2024 Full Review Josh Bell Crooked Marquee Plays like it was made by aliens studying the concept of the buddy-cop movie. Rated: D Sep 3, 2024 Full Review Mark Dujsik Mark Reviews Movies Even with something as simple as a cop drama ... writer/director Uwe Boll doesn't seem to comprehend the basics of storytelling. Rated: 0.5/4 Aug 30, 2024 Full Review Robert Kojder Flickering Myth A nihilistic, copaganda exercise that is somehow flat in its relentlessness. It also goes out of its way to reinforce its belief that negative stereotypes are mostly accurate, complete with a childish tirade against woke culture Rated: 0.5/5 Aug 28, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews

Hillary C First Shift was your standard cop movie, and it included standard cop stereotypes, so nothing to write home about - although the actors were quite convincing in their own right. With that being said, it was still just as addicting as with the hundreds of other basic cop movies/shows; but, dare I say once in awhile ‘basic’ can be underrated…and although this might be a stretch, I wouldn’t say no to watching a sequel 🤓🤷🏼‍♀️ Rated 3 out of 5 stars 05/03/25 Full Review Mathison K The casting was excellent. Actually, the two main detectives made the show for me. Not gritty but still enjoyable as a cop show. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/05/25 Full Review Mary D I did not expect to like this show but to my surprise I ended up loving it and wanting more. I hope they make a series out of this. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/05/25 Full Review mark w This is the most ridiculous dumb ass movie I’ve ever seen. Just a point, patrol officers or detectives do not sit and idly disobey orders even going beyond they argue and fight?!?! What is this “B” rated nonsense. These people have zero business making a commercial let alone a movie Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/26/25 Full Review Tonya F I wish I corps give this movie ZERO stats. I just wasted 1 hour and 29 minutes of my life waiting for this movie to come together. Instead, it ended with some weird preview to a nonexistent sequel. Do. Not. Watch. This. "Movie"/ long TV show. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/20/25 Full Review Carson P Nooooooo uwe boll is back after making the right choice with retiring and being a resteraunt men instead but he had the balls to return to making crapptacular schlock cinema why?????????????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why does this untalented $@@@@@@@@@@@@@ think he can make movies he doesn’t even bother to learn this is not the proffesion for him. He runs cinema to the ground with crapfest after crapfest and we thought the film industry could be saved from him retiring but no he is back for the worst of all and it’s no wonder why his films are all strait to dvd and that’s the best we got that his movies aren’t being theatrically released so at least that should be a plus right well it isn’t saying much this film belongs in the trash bin where it was conceived!!
