Derek Malcolm London Evening Standard Kavaite's film is well made and acted but less than credible. Rated: 2/5 Aug 17, 2007 Full Review Anthony Quinn Independent (UK) Having set up its line of murder suspects the film sheers off into supernatural hokum and never really recovers. Rated: 2/5 Aug 17, 2007 Full Review Tim Robey Daily Telegraph (UK) There are shades of the excellent Brian De Palma/John Travolta thriller Blow Out (1981) in this eerie little effort. Aug 17, 2007 Full Review Brian Orndorf DVDTalk.com It doesn't take long for the sheer invention of the filmmaking to seep through the sludgy illusion, making for a perceptive, engaging thriller. Rated: B+ Jun 15, 2009 Full Review Rich Cline Shadows on the Wall Assembled with insinuating skill by Kavaite into a gripping, involving, beautifully unfolding mystery. Rated: 4/5 Aug 17, 2007 Full Review Tom Dawson Total Film The narrative threads are tied a little too neatly, but it's a promising debut. Rated: 3/5 Aug 17, 2007 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Fascinating film about a young sound engineer whose equipment "hears" into her mother's past. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member French suoernatural . Dark and foreboding, enough to put you off that remote French holiday home Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member Les murs ont des oreilles... et une bouche visiblement ! Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member A French ghost story, which would make it esoteric enough, but this is one in which the ghosts can only be heard, not seen. The method by which this occurs is clunky, but there is a spooky atmosphere that always seems to be underplaying itself instead of ramping up. The murder mystery plot unfolds well and the ending is subtle. It's quite French, this. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member why am I watching so many French movies lately? A creepy detective story that I'm sure any music/audio major would love.. it's like The Ring meets White Noise. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/15/23 Full Review Audience Member Interesting French thriller about a girl who discovers she can listen to the past events in the house that her mother was murdered. It's a little slow to start, and more intriguing than tense, but definitely worth a watch. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
