It’s the humor that takes precedent here. Go to Full Review

Most of the way, it's a cheerful homespun comedy with easygoing songs and funny lines; so it can be forgiven for slowing to a near-standstill at the finish. Go to Full Review

Ross H Jun 28 Elvis could act when given the chance. Sadly, most of his audience were buying tickets to see him rather than the movie. Follow That Dream is light-hearted fluff but with a strong supporting cast, especially Arthur O'Connell, few films scream "1962" louder than this one. In later movies, Elvis seemed tired and world-weary. Here he seems to be having fun. See more Patricia M 12/07/2024 This is one of Elvis Presley's best movies. It is a fun romcom that features a young Elvis and the cast as a simple living family that get stranded and decide to make a home on the land they are stranded on. The chemistry between Elvis and the young woman who his father took in is romantic and filled with laughter. This is a feel good movie that will warm your heart and you laughing with entertainment by the entire cast. See more Chris D 10/28/2024 You have to consider it’s an early 60s Elvis movie so “On The Waterfront” it is not but if you’re an Elvis fan you’ll enjoy this one See more Josh G 04/02/2024 First he's a love interest, than a sheriff, than a lawyer it's got good comedic timing and it's fun, super fun. I think this may be on the higher end of the Elvis canon. See more Steve D 03/27/2023 Perhaps for fans only but they will have fun.
