74 minutes of pseudoscience, conjecture, anecdotes and half-truths. Don't waste your time.

you are what you eat based on your food choices ok got it. I am intolerant towards some documentaries because one point is stretched for 90 minutes.

Fascinating documentary on the importance of taking better care of ourselves via nutrition. Don't by some of the negative reviews as their opinions are online trolls.

another view to how nutrition is more beneficial to our bodies. it takes a look into the medical side rather then the sugar side and the harm that medication plays on our bodies. very interesting!

Wow - only straight white men know anything about nutrition??? That's what one would gather after watching this film. SERIOUSLY??? Not ONE Woman, not ONE person of color. Just a bunch of white male talking heads saying the same thing over and over again: Eat healthy living food and vitamins - rather than depending on drugs. Duh. Sorry but i was expecting a lot more from this film. It IS telling the truth - but i'm baffled by the repetitive singular white male voice.
