Three months after a one-night stand with Isabel Fuentes (Salma Hayek) in Las Vegas, New York City real estate developer Alex Whitman (Matthew Perry) learns she is pregnant. Despite being a terminal bachelor, Alex is drawn to Isabel, and the pair marries. Isabel's father, Miguel (Tomas Milian), suspects Alex has bad intentions, and the couple finds themselves pressured by both their families. When Alex is offered a promotion, he is torn between his new life in Las Vegas and success in New York.

One of my all time favorite movies! Things I love: the chemistry is perfect, the challenges of relationships especially with cultural differences were realistic, the romance was impeccable: spontaneity of lust becoming love becoming family despite the differences, the beautiful locations, the beautiful languages, the catchy songs, the drama, the growth, the faith, the "fate". It's beautiful. Matthew Perry and Salma Hayek were exquisite! Bravo 👏🏽

I just LOVED this movie. I love any movie about Las Vegas, especially ones made before it got SO BIG! I like the desert scenery and seeing the older buildings that arent there anymore. Oh and it was a cute movie, too! I liked Matthew Perry.
