Philippa Hawker The Age (Australia) This third instalment is a succession of CGI-driven sequences, comic routines and action set-pieces, played out with a distinct lack of energy. Rated: 2/5 Feb 18, 2016 Full Review Maggie Lee Variety The filmmakers have so mangled their material to suit mainland criteria that they're left with a string of moronic gags barely held together by cheapskate production values. Feb 9, 2016 Full Review Jocelyn Lee The New Paper (Singapore) Part III is an obviously shameless attempt by director Wong Jing to milk his cash cow. Rated: 1/5 Sep 20, 2017 Full Review Edmund Lee South China Morning Post The Lunar New Year comedy comes across as a C-movie that's been mistakenly bestowed the budget of a tent-pole production. Rated: 2/5 Apr 2, 2016 Full Review Avi Offer NYC Movie Guru An exhilarating, amusing and crowd-pleasing action comedy that's filled with infectious fun. jjjjjj j I enjoyed this film. I mean if you are going to be a low budget film atleast acknowledge it. This film does and it makes it for all the better. It has moments where it takes its self to seriously but besides that its just great fun. Like having k-pop star that can't speak mandarin so he has to speak English... just pure entertainment. If you want a highbrow film this isn't your movie. It is incredibly stupid, but funny in its stupidity. If that sounds interesting to you watch the movie. Vale apena assistir? Sim Nota: 6 Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Boring, ridiculous, and bereft of any gambling whatsoever, From Vegas to Macau III is a waste of everyone's time, particularly the audience's. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review c y Strong casts, but comedic moments were too few, and the fighting scenes were overlong. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/04/17 Full Review Audience Member Come on!!! I can't believe that Wong Jing could make that kind of awful movie, it's totally stupid!!! The plot liked a "Fried Rice", just brought many different stuffs to combine altogether, no storyline and no sense at all. The sense of humor was extremely silly and totally outdated(very 80s, but ugly). Also, it wasted many talent actors and most of them had no chance to have any acting(except Jacky Cheung, who is only one to look so good). Very frustrating! It's not just one of the worst HK movie of this year, even one of the worst movie in the century. To be honest, I don't think I would watch it without Chow Yun-Fat, but I think he should stop playing in Wong Jing's movie from now on. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member What a shame by holding such A-list stars but making a shit flick instead. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Read all reviews
