Ellen Williams (Lorraine Miller) has reason to be worried. Her fur-trader father has just been killed, and it looks like his murderers aim to strong-arm her into giving up the whereabouts of his stockpile of animal pelts. Apprised of the situation, Texas Rangers Tex Haines (Tex Ritter), Dave Wyatt (Dave O'Brien) and "Panhandle" Perkins (Guy Wilkerson) decide to outsmart the crook. Posing as a Native American, Panhandle sets in motion a clever plan aimed at ensnaring the bandits.
