Is it fresh? Not really, the subject has been shown in many films. Fights, drugs, crime, violence - classic mix, however served with strong Slavic spirits. I saw the characters (almost all of them) very realistic and structured, like they were just showing their lifes, not playing in a movie. One more reason I score it so high and recommend - I witnessed such things in my own life, back in the 90s. They were scary, brutal, often primitive and vulgar. 'Furioza' is just like that.
