Jonathan B Oct 22 Not a good movie. Besides all of the shaky camera work, which is part of this type of genre film (fine), it’s really the acting that isn’t strong enough to make this work. It’s fairly boring. Also this is neither here nor there, but the name of the movie isn’t “Gags,” it’s Gags the Clown. Sick and tired of Rotten Tomatoes renaming movies. If it’s distributed on Shudder as Gags the Clown and that’s the name on the poster, by definition that’s the name of the movie. People keep seeing a clown appearing out of nowhere and people don't know if they should take him serious or not. But balloons are being kept in certain places and when they pop on a person that person does begin to change a lot.
