Audience Member So this was one of those starting recycling successful materials/formula in the HK Cinema back in '80s-'90s. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member Jing Wong makes a cop battling the top gangsters in Hong Kong. Although the film has it's moments of some good performances by Anthony Wong and Eason Chan, the film kinds of lacks story with a slow pace. I thought Tong Leung Ka Fai overacted a bit. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member great, but not ground breaking, but for some reason, it is easily forgettable. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member a unique blend of cop corruption depicted here but it lacks a singular focus in storytelling perspective and mood. what we get is a jarring confusing messy mash-up of narrative. still, ka fai's still got it. yang liu and natalie meng yao, HOT! Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Coming from Wong Jing, this is respectable but a forgettable entry in the genre. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member go in without any expectations and this was very watchable actually. the subplots were paper thin, but then this Is a wong jing film! there were some intentional and unintentional funny moments. wouldn't have rented it but this was borrowed loot so no loss there!
