Panda B Interesting concept and adaptation from the original comic, never read the comic myself. Like many are saying there was zero character development, the story got worse when there were nothing but whining female voiced characters. The final boss design was great but ultimately failed due to story needing the main character to win. The same gun was pretty useless against the winged monster but somehow useful against the the final boss and all he did was repeated pull the triggers which honestly anyone could have done that. And where did sniper rifle came from, they didn't have any money to purchase more powerful weapon, the premise of the story should be like an RPG game where character grow and purchase more powerful weapons. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 11/23/23 Full Review Max S Just hands down an epic movie. Lots of great demons, never ending boss fights, wild characters. The missing half star was just down to the character development...it is to be expected sometimes... but really this was AMAZING on so many levels!!!!! Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 08/18/23 Full Review King S Um dos melhores filmes que já vi, muito bom viciante de assistir! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Chris M I like the animation style and the animation flows great. But like the series it leaves me with questions. Not enough questions to ruin the movie, but questions. There are also some real a-hole characters. But again, not too many to ruin the movie. I never read the Manga and only know a little from the show. But the movie is great on it's own and worth checking out, as long as you aren't a purist from the Manga. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 09/18/22 Full Review andrew k Certainly an interesting premise. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member This is such a fantastic underrated gem! I clicked on it out of curiosity and it held my attention until the last second. Coming into this not aware that this is part of a manga or an anime and knowing nothing of the source material, I really loved it as a standalone film!! It's such a thriling ride from beginning to end!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Jessica Kiang Variety An aggressively unpleasant all-CG rendering of a bestselling Japanese manga that may scrape by as a supplement to the canon, but fails on every level as a standalone film. Sep 9, 2016 Full Review Read all reviews
