Synopsis
Temujin (Tumen) is born in the late 12th century, son of a peaceful tribal leader. When his father is killed, Temujin must retreat to the wilderness and learn to survive on his own, kept alive by his love for his mother (Ai Liya). Eventually, Temujin exacts revenge on those who plotted against him, leads his tribe into battle and begins the process of uniting the disparate Mongol tribes against the Chinese Jin Dynasty and the Russian Tatars. He will soon become the feared emperor Genghis Khan.
